a certified therapist and sound bath practitioner who believes deeply in the power each of us holds to facilitate our own healing. My journey into this work began with my own experiences of feeling disconnected and weighed down by emotional baggage that traditional methods didn’t seem to touch. It wasn’t until I experienced the transformative power of sound therapy that something shifted within me—there was a release, a newfound sense of clarity. This personal awakening sparked my passion for using sound as a healing modality to help others.

Like many, I faced doubts and obstacles along the way. Could I truly create space for people to heal in a world so focused on quick fixes? But I knew in my heart that healing requires deeper work, and that’s where sound comes in. From the tones of bowls and gongs to the vibrations of our own voices, I began to see how these simple yet profound techniques could peel back layers of trauma and emotional blocks.

My turning point came during a particularly powerful session, where I witnessed a client release years of pent-up emotion through the sounds we created together. That moment affirmed what I had always known: holding space for others is my calling.

Now, I’m on a mission to help people tap into their inner healer, using sound as a tool for transformation. I believe in creating a nurturing, safe space for every client, guiding them to release what no longer serves them. Through our sessions, we work together to uncover, understand, and let go of the stories and traumas that weigh them down.

At the core of my practice are three values: authenticity, compassion, and empowerment. I lead from a place of genuine connection, ensuring that each session is tailored to the individual’s unique needs. I approach every client with kindness and an open heart, creating an environment where true healing can begin. And finally, I empower each person I work with, giving them the tools to continue their healing journey long after our session ends.
